1. How do I install Cellify in Excel?

Option A: Microsoft AppSource (Recommended)

  1. Open Excel Desktop or Excel Online
  2. Go to Insert → Get Add-ins
  3. Search for "Cellify"
  4. Click Add
  5. Sign in with your work/school account (Azure AD)

Option B: Sideloading (Development/Testing)

  1. Download manifest.xml from developer
  2. Excel Online → Insert → Add-ins → Upload My Add-in
  3. Select manifest.xml
2. I'm getting "Error 13007 - SSO consent required". What should I do?

Error 13007 occurs when Excel cannot obtain SSO consent from Azure AD. Try these solutions:

  1. Switch to Excel Online: Use Excel in browser (office.com) instead of Desktop
  2. Disable Corporate Firewall: Your organization's firewall may block consent dialogs
  3. Use Incognito/InPrivate: Open Excel Online in private browsing mode
  4. Check Browser Extensions: Disable ad blockers and privacy extensions
  5. Contact IT Admin: Request Azure AD consent for Cellify app (Application ID: 2fb71081-fc22-4e53-a9a1-af146f60befd)
3. How do I upgrade from FREE to PRO?
  1. Open Cellify add-in in Excel
  2. Click Upgrade to PRO (when limit reached)
  3. You'll be redirected to Microsoft AppSource

  5. Upgrade is instant (no Excel restart needed)

4. How do I cancel my subscription?
  1. Go to Microsoft AppSource → My Account → Subscriptions
  2. Find "Cellify" → Click Manage
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation

Effect: Access continues until end of billing period, then downgrade to FREE (20 messages/month)

Refund: Within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer protection)

5. Does Cellify work on Mac and Safari?

Mac Excel Desktop: Yes (Office 2016+ for Mac)

Safari browser: Yes (Excel Online works in Safari)

Storage Location: Google Cloud Platform (us-central1, United States)

Excel Desktop can open files offline, but Cellify add-in will not function without internet.
